This savory dish with a hint of spice is one of the most popular comfort foods of Taiwan. Our broth is infused with flavor and simmered for 8 hours to bring out the best flavor. A recipe brought directly from Formosa to Plano, our beef noodle soup is authentic, and will surely entice your taste buds.
When cooking our rice, we use a precise rice to water ratio for the perfect bite. We only chose the biggest, juiciest, freshest shrimps. The heat of the Wok is carefully controlled to provide a balanced hint of smokiness and depth to each grain of rice while the spring onions brings a freshness to the dish.
Every delicious wontons are handmade fresh. The meat is measured for the perfect mouthful. As you bite into the wonton, you will find a whole shrimp and mouthwatering juices. dough wrapper almost seems to dissolve as you bite. This famous, delicious and
sophisticated Chinese dish is now Made in-house daily here at Wu Wei Din. Each
basket is steamed to order for its best taste. We recommend enjoying the
dumplings within the golden time period (10 mins when it arrives at your table)
for the maximum melt-in-your-mouth experience.
Sheng Jian Bao - is a type of small, pan-fried baozi; a specialty of Shanghai since early 1900s. It is filled with fresh pork and soup that makes each bite especially juicy and decadent. The bottom is light and crispy while the rest of the dough is soft and fragrant. A sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions completes the dish. Again, another popular, delicious and sophisticated Chinese dish is now make in-house daily here at Wu Wei Din. Each set of buns is pan-fried to order for best taste and freshness.
The name potstickers originated from the methods of cooking this delicious form of dumping. It is cooked in a pan with oil and water, which allows the dumplings to steam and cook thoroughly and the bottom to crisp up to perfection. Our postickers are made in house everyday and cooked to order for maximum flavor, crunch, and freshness.
